yes, there is something in the water. our family and friends are makin’ babies! here is L and her baby bump; isn’t she gorgeous?! I was so happy to have the opportunity to photograph this special time for her and her husband (who is my husband’s dear childhood friend). L was just over halfway along at the time of our session and was only mildly showing, so she ate three slices of pizza and probably developed a hernia from distending her belly on command, but she pulled it off like a pro! I’ll say it again, GORGEOUS! wish i could post more but my new year’s resolution is to get more sleep. so here’s a tiny sneak peek for L & R! [muah!] we love you and I’ll get the rest to you as soon as I can.

yes, I heart my in-laws! I am so lucky to have found such a fantastic bunch of people–all the way from my kids’ great grandmother down to the little girl growing inside the belly of my sister-in-law. I was thrilled to be able to photograph L and her bump, her husband, and their darling daughter during our trip back to our hometown of New York City during the holidays. Here’s a little sneak peak for them!

precious M is a very smart little girl. she did not fall for any of the silly things I did. Her daddy had to use her love of being upside down to get her close to the L’s belly!

And thanks to our hosts who let us use their to-die-for loft in TriBeCa! Your photos are up next…

I met these sisters at my daughter’s “magic kitchen” class this past summer, and I knew instantly that I had to photograph them. I was thrilled when their wonderful mom called to schedule the session! Here’s a sneak peek for them–THANKS!–and I will get the rest up in the New Year.

Baby A is 11 weeks new and is all chubby cuteness! Mom and Dad and big sister A call her a little buddha; I think she is simply buddha-ful! Here’s a sneak peek for my neighbor friends around the block!

Dr. A saved my life–getting me through the rough birth of my first child–and for that I am eternally grateful! I was honored to be able to photograph her fantastically fun(ny!) family this past Thanksgiving weekend. Thank you! and I will get the rest to you soon.

Thanksgiving with the fabulous B family is quickly becoming a tradition. They ROCK and I am always happy to snap a few for them whenever I can! Here are a couple from our very quick session before gorging ourselves on every possible type of meat–except turkey, go figure. Don’t worry, guys, I have a handful of christmas card candidates for you. Thanks again for another awesome Thanksgiving!

and here is one of our daughters! BFF!

I met S and her incredibly handsome son K at gymboree over two years ago, and since then we and our children have become very good friends! I was thrilled to finally be able to do a proper shoot with little K and his equally beautiful sister K. Look at those eyes! I dream of having grandchildren with those color eyes! So in my mind K and my daughter, Z, are betrothed–sorry S. Thanks and I’ll get the rest to you soon!

One gorgeous couple, a handsome young man, two (count ‘em TWO!) sets of beautiful twins, one loving nana, and an affectionate bulldog named Charo! whew! Thank you L family for allowing me to witness your amazing love for each other! (and for making me want more kids…and maybe a bulldog, too) many, many more images to come.

Let me start off by saying that I love my son. but little man E is a close second! I had the pleasure of photographing him at five months old. At that time I was a couple months pregnant and after seeing beautiful E, I longed for a son of my own. He hasn’t lost any of his cuteness, in fact it has multiplied! It was a gorgeous Sunday morning and E and his fabulous parents were perfectly happy and comfortable! E was all smiles for me, especially with the magic phrase that made him giggle: “piece of mango!” Thank you so much T-B family and I will get the rest to you soon!
